| Selander, Arthur Alexander (Oil)Selander took an art course from the International Correspondence School in 1905 and
worked for the Oregonian as a cartoonist in 1907 and 1908. He was an accomplished draftsman and his drawings showed exceptional skill. Later in life he taught for the Juniper Art Guild in Crook County. He had a one-person exhibition in Virginia. Some critics admired his keen ability to depict the wonders of nature on canvas. |
