 (1926 – 2002) Jack Lee Polkinghorne was born on July 1, 1926. While working in Long Beach, California to help the war effort during World War II, he met his wife to be, Marjorie LaVerne Olsen. She was born on December 9, 1923 in Tooele, Utah. She grew up on the family farm in Rigby, Idaho. Jack and Marjorie were married on June 4, 1949. Together they raised two sons and a daughter and enjoyed twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Both Marjorie and Jack enjoyed painting with oils and both became accomplished artists. Jack died on December 27, 2002; Marjorie passed away on July 9, 2009 at the age of 85. Work Available For Sale |
